I Carabinieri della Stazione di San Giorgio di Piano (BO) hanno eseguito un’ordinanza applicativa della misura cautelare dell’allontanamento dalla casa familiare e del divieto di avvicinamento ai luoghi frequentati dalla persona, nei confronti di un cameriere, 58enne italiano, residente ad Argelato, indagato per maltrattamenti contro familiari o conviventi. Il provvedimento, richiesto dalla Procura della Repubblica di Bologna ed emesso dal Giudice per le Indagini Preliminari, nasce dalla querela della moglie, 51enne rumena, residente ad Argelato che un paio di settimane fa è andata in caserma per denunciare una situazione familiare per lei insostenibile, provocata dall’atteggiamento geloso e oppressivo del marito, incurante anche alla presenza dei due figli minorenni che la coppia ha avuto nel 2008 e 2010. In particolare, la donna, operatrice socio sanitaria, ha riferito ai Carabinieri di pedinamenti e minacce di morte che era costretta a subire, con frasi del tipo: “…io sarò la tua morte…io vado in galera a mangiare pane ma tu sarai morta…”. Rintracciato dai Carabinieri presso la sua abitazione, il 58 enne è andato a vivere da alcuni parenti.
