“Un evento per ricordare Romano Montaguti – dichiara Alberto Massimi , Presidente della Podistica Lippo Calderara, organizzatrice della 46a camminata del Lippo, 8a “Cinque miglia” competitiva Memorial Romano Montaguti con il patrocinio della Città di Calderara, collaborazione di UISP e Comitato podistico bolognese in programma alle 8,30 di domenica 4 giugno e 9.05 per la gara con il cronometro. “ Romano è stato presidente per oltre quaranta anni della nostra società – sottolinea Massimi – volto conosciuto nel mondo dello sport locale ma anche di oltre regione .Cittadino onorario di Fondo è stato fra i promotori della Ciaspolada, corsa con le racchette da neve che si svolge in Val di Non all’inizio di ogni anno e il 6 gennaio del 2024 festeggerà il 50mo compleanno. Speaker ufficiale di tantissime gare mettendo sempre a disposizione il suo bagaglio di esperienze e professionalità. Due le iniziative in programma nella mattinata sportiva del ricordo, partenza e arrivo al Lippo di Calderara di Reno in via Papa Giovanni XXIII, con i camminatori impegnati su tre percorsi pianeggianti a scelta fra 11, 6,5 e 2 chilometri. A seguire la gara di ottomila metri per atleti che vanno di fretta.
