I Carabinieri della Stazione di San Giorgio di Piano (BO) hanno eseguito un’ordinanza di aggravamento della misura cautelare, nei confronti di un 59enne italiano, indagato per maltrattamenti verso la moglie, che non ha rispettato la misura del divieto di avvicinamento ai luoghi frequentati dalla persona offesa applicatagli a febbraio nell’ambito di un’indagine per maltrattamenti contro familiari o conviventi in cui era rimasto coinvolto. La nuova misura cautelare si è resa necessaria per tutelare la vittima che il 30 maggio scorso si è rivolta nuovamente ai Carabinieri dicendo che tre giorni prima, il marito aveva violato il provvedimento del Giudice, pedinandola a bordo di un autobus per rimproverarla e minacciarla, poiché l’aveva vista qualche minuto prima in compagnia di un altro uomo che le aveva dato un passaggio in auto. Rintracciato nella giornata dell’8 giugno in un bar del luogo dai Carabinieri, il 59enne è stato arrestato e sottoposto alla nuova misura cautelare della custodia in carcere, emessa dal Giudice per le Indagini Preliminari del Tribunale di Bologna.
