BORGO PANIGALE (BO): “Mi vuoi sposare ?”: 32enne arrestato dai carabinieri

I Carabinieri del Nucleo Operativo Radiomobile della Compagnia Bologna Borgo Panigale hanno arrestato un 32enne per atti persecutori commessi nei confronti di un’amica che gli aveva negato il fidanzamento, avendolo conosciuto di recente ed essendo più grande di lui. Il presunto responsabile, risentito dal rifiuto dell’amica che lo aveva respinto, aveva iniziato a perseguitarla e pedinarla, al punto da farle perdere il posto di lavoro. Oltre al licenziamento, la donna ha rischiato di perdere la vita durante un incidente stradale, mentre si trovava a bordo di un’automobile condotta dall’amico che l’aveva costretta a salire, partendo a folle velocità e schiantandosi contro un albero. Stremata da una situazione inverosimile e pericolosa, la donna lo aveva denunciato ai Carabinieri e per stare più tranquilla era andata a vivere da un’altra parte, tenendo l’amico all’oscuro della nuova residenza. Non è ancora chiaro come abbia fatto a scoprirlo, ma dopo essere venuto a conoscenza del trasferimento, il 32enne ha ripreso a pedinare la donna e quando si è presentato sotto casa, i Carabinieri lo hanno arrestato informando il Pubblico Ministero di turno presso la Procura della Repubblica di Bologna che ha disposto il collocamento dell’uomo in una struttura carceraria. L’arresto è stato convalidato, il 32enne è stato rimesso in libertà con l’applicazione del divieto di avvicinamento alla persona offesa e l’applicazione del dispositivo elettronico di controllo a distanza (braccialetto elettronico).
