VERGATO: Celebrata la Giornata della Legalità

𝙇’𝙐𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙊 𝘿𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼 𝙇𝙀𝙂𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙏𝘼’
Questa mattina, martedì 23 maggio 2023, In occasione della 𝘎𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘢’ 𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦 𝘝𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘪 𝘔𝘢𝘧𝘪𝘢 e del 𝘟𝘟𝘟𝘐 𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘥𝘪 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪, si è tenuto un emozionante incontro sulla legalità e sull’impegno a contrasto delle Mafie.
Nella prima parte della mattinata, svoltasi presso l’Istituto d’Istruzione Superiore ‘𝘓𝘶𝘪𝘨𝘪 𝘍𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘪’, dinnanzi ai tanti studenti della scuola superiore stessa e dell’Istituto Comprensivo di Vergato e Grizzana Morandi (scuola media e scuola elementare), sono intervenuti:
– Salvatore Borsellino, fratello di 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨 e fondatore del 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚;
– Vincenzo Agostino, padre dell’agente 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨;
– Antonino Morana, nipote dell’agente 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨;
– Angelo Garavaglia Fragetta, membro del Direttivo del 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚;
– Giuseppe Argentieri, Sindaco del Comune di Vergato;
– Vittoria Ligorio, moderatrice dell’iniziativa e coordinatrice del 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚 di Vergato.
Momenti di assoluta emozione, accompagnati dalle parole e dai canti di tanti ragazzi e tanti bambini presenti, e allietati dagli studenti dell’indirizzo musicale, a testimonianza di un importante lavoro di sensibilizzazione svolto dagli insegnanti.
Terminato l’incontro, la giornata è poi proseguita all’esterno del plesso ‘𝘌𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘰 𝘝𝘦𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪’, dove è stato inaugurato “𝙇’𝙐𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖” con la benedizione di 𝘗𝘢𝘥𝘳𝘦 Antonio, e scoperta la targa commemorativa in ricordo di 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨, agente della Polizia di Stato rimasto ucciso a Palermo insieme alla moglie per mano della Mafia.
“L’Amministrazione comunale desidera ringraziare Vittoria Ligorio, per il suo grande lavoro di sensibilizzazione svolto nel nostro territorio a contrasto di tutte le Mafie; Vincenzo Agostino, per la sua indelebile testimonianza in ricordo del figlio Antonino Agostino; Salvatore Borsellino, per aver condiviso con i ragazzi la fondamentale importanza del combattere le Mafie; Angelo Gravaglia, per il suo delicato messaggio rivolto a tutti i presenti; il Maggiore dei Carabinieri di Vergato e tutte le rappresentanze delle diverse Forze dell’Ordine presenti; tutte le scuole, gli studenti e i docenti presenti, per aver compreso e trasmesso al mio i valori della legalità e della lotte a tutte le Mafie”.
