I Carabinieri della Stazione di Minerbio hanno arrestato un 59enne italiano, residente in provincia ma di fatto senza fissa dimora, separato, disoccupato, pregiudicato, accusato del reato di resistenza e violenza a Pubblico Ufficiale, violazione di domicilio e danneggiamento. È successo verso le ore 9:30 circa di venerdì 24 novembre u.s., quando i Carabinieri della Centrale Operativa di Molinella hanno ricevuto una segnalazione sull’utenza 112 da parte di una donna 58enne, la quale ha richiesto aiuto poiché all’esterno della sua abitazione era presente l’ex compagno che, nonostante lo avesse invitato più volte ad allontanarsi e lasciarla in pace, ha cercato di forzare la porta di ingresso dandogli calci e pugni, al fine di cercare di sfondarla per poter accedere all’interno della proprietà. I militari, prontamente intervenuti a soccorso della donna, hanno cercato subito di calmare e instaurare un dialogo con l’uomo il quale, in evidente stato di completa agitazione, stava inveendo contro l’ex compagna in maniera aggressiva ed ingiuriosa. Contestualmente l’uomo ha cercato di scavalcare la recinzione metallica che delimita l’area verde della proprietà privata, nel tentativo di raggiungerla. L’uomo è stato immediatamente afferrato e tirato verso l’esterno della proprietà dai militari, in quanto lo stesso nel frattempo aveva con metà del suo corpo, già scavalcato la rete metallica. Nella circostanza il 59enne, per impedire ai carabinieri di bloccarlo, ha opposto una forte resistenza nel tentativo di divincolarsi. A seguito di questo è caduto sopra il corpo dei due Carabinieri, procurando a uno di loro un trauma contusivo al ginocchio e al piede destro con una prognosi di giorni 15. Nella circostanza, durante la colluttazione, l’uomo ha danneggiato anche le uniformi dei militari che, con non poca fatica, alla fine lo hanno immobilizzato e riportato alla calma e alla ragione. Contestualmente il 59enne, durante la sua concitazione, ha danneggiato la rete metallica perimetrale e contestualmente, in considerazione del suo peso, ha abbattuto anche un pilastro in mattoni dove la stessa era fissata. Il 59enne, su disposizione della Procura della Repubblica di Bologna, è stato arrestato e, dopo la celebrazione del rito direttissimo, l’uomo è stato sottoposto alle misure cautelari del divieto di avvicinamento ai luoghi frequentati dalla persona e a quello dell’obbligo di presentazione presso un ufficio di polizia giudiziaria.
